This includes a comprehensive history and evaluation of your presenting concern, an assessment, along with treatment recommendations.
Follow-Up Appointments
Medication Management with Psychotherapy (60 minutes)- $400
For deeper therapeutic reflection, treatment planning, or emotional processing woven into medical care. Ideal for transitions, complex decisions, or simply needing more space.
Focused Medication management session (30 minutes) – $200
For focused updates, medication support, or guidance around a specific concern.
Complementary meet and greet (15 minutes)
Location
All appointments available in Boulder clinic or virtually through a HIPAA compliant video service.

Monday 8am - 6pm
Tuesday - Friday evenings: 5pm-8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 1pm

This is a self-pay practice. I do not accept insurance directly, but I provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your PPO. Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
